Most of my items are now sent Signed For, so I can claim compensation on Lost or Damaged Parcels. If this is the case please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will sort this out for you.
I can't accept returns for refunds but I sometimes offer exchanges. The reason behind this is that all items are handmade specially on request and I don't always resell items.
Buyer pays return postage.
